These Terms of Service govern your use of the LifesGuard platform.

LifesGuard is operated by Guardium Technologies Ltd trading as LifesGuard, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17083202) (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the LifesGuard website or application, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Description of Service

LifesGuard provides tools that allow users to organise personal assets, documents, records, and reminders in one place.

The service is intended as an organisational tool only and does not constitute financial, legal, insurance, or professional advice.

  1. User Accounts

To use the service, you must create an account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the LifesGuard service. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Users must ensure the information stored in the service is accurate and must comply with all applicable laws.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
    • Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system
    • Interfere with the operation or security of the service
  1. Data Storage Disclaimer

LifesGuard is designed as an organisational tool and should not be relied upon as the sole storage location for critical documents or records.

Users are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important information stored within the service.

  1. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

  1. Service Changes and Discontinuation

Guardium Technologies Ltd may modify, suspend, or discontinue the LifesGuard service, or any part of the service, at any time.

Where reasonably practicable, we will attempt to provide notice to users before making significant changes or discontinuing the service.

In the event that the service is permanently discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to allow users a period of time to export or retrieve their data.

Guardium Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any loss arising from modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

  1. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the service may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.

Payments are processed through our payment provider Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe’s payment processing terms.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

  1. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and platform functionality remain the property of Guardium Technologies Ltd.

Users retain ownership of the content and information they upload to the platform.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardium Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the LifesGuard service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Guardium Technologies Ltd arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the preceding 12 months.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.

Users may delete their account at any time.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
