Delete Account

Here are the steps to fully delete your account in LifesGuard:

  1. Open the app and sign in if prompted
  2. Go to Preferences (tap the sliders icon in the navigation)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Preferences page to find the “Danger Zone” section
  4. Tap “Delete Account” — this will permanently delete your account and all associated data
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

⚠️ This action is irreversible. All your assets, records, documents, and personal data will be permanently removed.

If you’re having trouble accessing Preferences, you can also reach out via the Help & Support section in the app’s sidebar menu.

 

To delete all account data but retain your account:

Preferences → Danger Zone → “Reset Data” — this deletes all assets and records but keeps the user’s account and login intact.
